Mr. Han Beekhuizen

Han is a passionate attorney at law with over 20 years of experience in a mixed advisory and litigation practice. He advises and litigates in the areas of liability and contract law. He specializes in banking and securities law, but is also involved in proceedings in broader areas. Key principles of his services are a focus on substance, passion, quality, clarity, and charm. He distinguishes himself through his expertise, clear perspective, and practical approach.

Han handles investment cases that achieve national recognition, both for individual clients and in collective proceedings (Collective Settlement of Mass Damage Act - WCAM) and is well-known in his field. Han is socially engaged through various roles, including chairman of the AMVJ hockey club and secretary of the AMVJ Outdoor Sports Center Foundation and the AMVJ Sports Association. Han also has extensive experience as a board member of various homeowners' associations. Han is a member of the Association for Financial Law and the Association for Mass Damage Lawyers.
