Mr. Rogier van Bijnen specialises in advising Dutch companies doing business in or with China. His practice areas are corporate law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment law and litigation. 

Mr. Saskia Bijl began working as an attorney at law immediately after her studies in the Netherlands Antilles, practising in both civil and criminal law. Back in the Netherlands, Saskia continued her criminal law practice in Amsterdam. From 2016 to 2024, Saskia was a (juvenile) deputy judge in the criminal law department at the Rotterdam court.

Han is a passionate attorney at law with over 20 years of experience in a mixed advisory and litigation practice. He advises and litigates in the areas of liability and contract law. He specializes in banking and securities law, but is also involved in proceedings in broader areas.

Mr. Hanno Billet graduated in 1993 as a tax attorney at law from Tilburg University. He continued his legal studies at Utrecht University and Harvard Law School. After graduating, he worked as a tax advisor and corporate attorney at law until 1997, and was also associated with the Legal Aid Bureau in Eindhoven. He then worked as an attorney at law on the island of Sint Maarten, former Netherlands Antilles. Since 2002, Hanno has been working as an attorney at law in Amsterdam.

Mr. Machiel Woudman graduated in tax law and started in 1992 as tax inspector at the tax authorities, in recent years with the Large Businesses department. In 2002 he moved to the Public Prosecution Service and worked for 23 years in as a public prosecutor in Amsterdam. Machiel is affiliated with Osprey Advocaten/Attorneys at law as a legal advisor.

Irma Offenberg has extensive experience in managing secretariats. To support the secretary, she has in the past carried out various tasks for the Business Conduct Committee of the EOE, the Euronext Disciplinary Committee, the DSI Arbitration Committee, the Association of Securities Commissioners, the Supervisory Committee of the Federation of Financial Planners, and the Supervisory Committee of the Credit Registration Bureau.
